I am taking this tablet once in a week but there is no benefit.

Can take tablet terbinafine or capsule itraconazole for nail infection

If you think tablet is not effective in treating your fungal nail infection you can consider taking tablet terbinafine 250 mg once daily for atleast 8-12 weeks for finger nail infection and for 12-16 weeks for toe nail infection.
There is another medicine that can be taken, capsule itraconazole 200 mg twice daily for 1 week in a month for 2-3 months in finger nail infection and for 3-4 months for toe nails infection.
These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

If you still want to use a lotion you can apply amorolfine nail lacquer once weekly or ciclopirox olamine lacquer once daily on the affected nails till the time the infection persists in the nails.
