Question: Had part I'd cancer all removed and had radiation 3.5 years ago. Went for a check up 2 weeks ago all ok. Just discovered a small cyst type lump below skin where scar is. Is this cancer coming back?

Hi

Since you are having a cyst type lump below skin i would advise you to do a biopsy from the lump to rule out malignancy.

Since you have a history of parotid cancer biopsy needs to be done to check whether the cancer has come back and rule out recurrence.
