Does A Decrease In WBC And Neutrophil Count Suggest Leukemia?

Question: Long story. Had thyroid cancer in July, 2014. (Had thyroid panel 3 weeks ago and all great!) Several trips to emergency room in September, 2014 and January, 2015 with very high stress and hyperventilation. All bloodwork okay. WBC was 8.1 in September and 8.9 in January with neutrophils in the 6s. Had a minor surgery in May (May 15) and had another CBC with WBC at 7.3 and neutrophils at 5.6. Had a CBC this past week on Monday (July 6) and my WBC was 5.5 and my neutrophils were 3.6. Too low? I was away on vacation and suffered many black fly and bug bites with swellings, and my scalp cyst removal from one month ago was leaking a little fluid and blood up to 2 weeks back from today. Also using lots of bacitracin on my scalp (antibiotics cause decrease WBC count)? Lastly, had IBS issues since returning from vacation. Eating bad! SHOULD I WORRY THAT THE WBC AND NEUTROPHILS KEEP FALLING? Leukemia possibility? My plaletets were 320 and my RBC was 5.12. and hemoglobin within range. Everything else within range.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry about leukemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your total wbc count and neutrophil count is normal. No need to worry about leukemia.
You should go for repeat blood count after a month. If it decreases below 4000 then you should consult physician to search the cause. No any treatment is required right now.
Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
