Does A Heart Rate Of 49-55 Suggest Bradycardia?

Question: Hello Doctor , I'm a 23 year old guy worried about Bradycardia , My heart rate drops down to 49 - 55 at night when I am laying down but I usually do not have any symptoms with it .
occasionally I get sudden slow heart rate episodes , this evening I felt dizzy , lightheaded and weak I checked my BP and it was 110 / 59 Pulse 60 . i have had cardiac ablation 11 months ago for benign RVOT- PVCs , I have had a normal ECHO , Normal Cardiac MRI and Normal Bloods . PVCs are much better now after the ablation but these episodes of Bradycardia scares me . I have had holters but my Doctor didn't say I had bradycardia as most bradycardia beats were during sleep .
My questions are .
Can low blood pressure cause Bradycardia ? Or does Bradycardia cause low blood pressure ?
Could a PVCs ablation damage something in my heart causing slow heart rate from time to time ?
My heart rate goes up when I move , does that happen to peope with bradycardia or does their heart rate stay low ? Can someone with bradycardia have a normal stress test ? Thank You !

Brief Answer:
You need not worry for bradycardia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
First of all let me tell you, irrespective of Ablation ,normal heart rate varies from 60 to 100 bpm.It remains on lower side during sleep and rest. Bradycardia is normal during sleep and occurs in every individual.Low blood pressure will not cause bradycardia,in fact it will lead to tachycardia ! Low heart rate would not lead to low blood pressure.
I would like to know whether you are taking any medicine like Beta blockers or Amiodarone ? As these 2 medicines can cause bradycardia. Moreover If you are athlete then your heart may run slow due to high vagal tone.In fact it is good !Heart rate going up while moving is normal and occurs in all.Ablation is very targeted procedure and usually does not damage any normal tissue.Yes person with Bradycardia can have perfectly normal stress test.
Overall I can tell you that your bradycardia is not serious.
My best wishes

No I am not on any medication , and I am not an athlete either , but I am in a good shape . I just want to understand how is Bradycardia diagnosed then ? If you can have a normal stress test with bradycardia how will the doctor know if you have bradycardia ? I have had three normal stress tests I reaches XXXXXXX of 193 Bpm . I have also had many Holter Tests after the ablation because we wanted to see how many PVCs i was having a day , and on the last report I had 64200 beats in Bradycardia on 48 hour holter and the doctor told me it was all normal average heart rate 67 , minimum heart rate 47 and maximum heart rate 135 . When I lay down at night it goes down to 50 - 55 I am still awake not sleeping , is that normal ?

Brief Answer:
your bradycardia is normal

Detailed Answer:
hello,

Bradycardia is just diagnosed by simple measuring pulse and heart rate.Heart rate below 60 per minute is Bradycardia .Normal bradycardia is sinus bradycardia which is picked up by routine ECG.In your case as you could attain heart rate of 193 on stress test suggests that your sinus node function is normal .You should not worry about bradycardia and you should carry on with your normal routine active life low heart rate while laying down is also normal and not serious.

My best wishes
Dr.teli.
