Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.
I have reviewed this information fully. It is a stye and most often caused by a bacteria. Treatment consists in applying warm compresses. If this fails, then we will need antibiotics.
For now, No ER visit. Apply hot compresses. If possible, please upload an image to me for review.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

This in no way feel like a stye. It is a large lump on my forehead above my eyebrow, not on the eye. There is no discharge and although I can move, it is not soft.

Brief Answer:
This is folliculitis!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for uploading the images.
I have reviewed it and this is suggestive of infected hair follicle often referred to as folliculitis. Given the small size, it will normally progress to a collection that can be expressed.
Avoid picking on it often as this can cause the infection to spread and become more concerning. If in much pains, apply tiny icepacks to the affected area. Do not press until you get a clear view of a collection that can be expressed. At this time, antibiotics are not of immediate need unless something else comes up.
