hi XXXXXXX uterine size is increased significantly only after 3 mths of pregnancy. by a pelvic exam after 12 weeks the uterus is palpable. per abdominal exam can detect a pregnancy after 20 weeks. however pregnancy tests will be positive. ultrasound is advised here.
