Does A Routine Blood Test Check For Liver Or Pancreatic Cancer?

Question: Can cancer liver or pancreas cancer be detected through a blood test?
Patient currently is home and current symptoms are fatigue (sleeps the majority of the day) and constantly cold. A follow up appointment with a cardiologist said the heart was weakened due to prolonged vitamin deficiency. Patient experienced lungs filling with fluid and was treated at home with a diuretic, once treated the coughing subsided. Patient has shown signs of improvement once B12 injections were administered. Energy levels are still low but stronger, there is no longer any yellowing of the skin, breathing is normal, appetite slightly below average, no significant weight gain/loss. After ultra sound showed a small mass on the liver and the blood showed high liver enzymes a diagnoses was given of liver or pancreas cancer. It was said he would"t survive a biopsy. Can a CT scan give a confirmed diagnoses?
