Brief Answer:
Need to find out the cause of neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Whether your condition is curable or not, that dependa upon the root cause.
If all of your blood investigations are normal, then you should go f9r magnetic resonance imaging of lumbosacral spine.
Neuropathy could be due to nerve root pain.
If above test shows nerve root compression, then it can be cured with surgery.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
