Does An Upper Lip Tie Cause Any Complication In An Infant?

Question: I have 1 and a half year old son. I noticed he has an upper lip tie that comes down to the top of his incisors. will this change with growth or will It need attention, please see photo

The tie seems not problamatic.
If it is not interfering with his feeding or food intake , or if it is not painful,
You can wait for a year or so. Sometimes as child grows it might clear up.
If not, it might need minor procedure to clear it.
