Does Appendix Surgery Cause Weight Gain?
Question: I am white male, 60, yrs , 5-10, 210lbs and almost 2 years out from ruptured appendix. Used to be lean, fit and exercised eagerly. Now fat and slow, must force myself to walk. any chance these events or changes are related?
Before rupture and after have been treated for depression, dysthmia(?) and GAD. So far drug combinations not so successful.
