I went through your history and the uploaded pictures and it seems to be me you have a mild type of hair loss (alopecia) confined to the back of your head (occipital area of the scalp).
Treatment of the hair loss depends upon the cause.
The most common cause include male pattern baldness (androgenic alopecia), hormonal disorders, stress, nutritional deficiencies & certain underlying medical illnesses.
Follihair tablets are basically multivitamin & minerals containing nutritional supplements that contain Biotin, Iron, Calcium, Copper & Selenium. They are helpful in controlling hair fall and help to restore good hair health if the hair loss has been caused by a deficiency in the vital nutrients it contains. However, if the hair loss has been caused by natural aging or genetics, this product will not change it.

which one will give quick result minoxidilli or finasteride does these have side eeffects

The regular use of Minoxidil 5 % lotion on the affected area twice daily & Tab. Follihair to be taken once daily.
Minoxidil is a vasodilator it dilates blood vessels in the scalp, which improves hair follicle function & stimulates scalp hair growth thus promoting hair regrowth.
Positive results usually occur over a period of 6-12 months of regular use of Minoxidil lotion with Follihair tablets & are maximum at 1-2 years of combined treatment and then may be maintained with just oral treatment.
Since you are just 20 years old I would not advise you to take Finasteride tablet as it may cause sexual problems like decreased libido, inability to have or keep an adequate penile erection, & loss of performance.
Beside, I advise you to avoid stress, take a healthy balanced diet rich in proteins like meat, fish, poultry, and milk, avoid smoking and alcohol, take lots of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water, do regular exercise, stress management, etc.

DOc my hair loss is not at occipital region its on mid and frontal scalp. hair loss is my biggest stress i cant concentrate on anything ,always thinging abot it ,looking in mirror for bald spots, always combing hair,i dont knwo how to get rid of it,if stop using minioxidilli after hair regrowth will it sustain
