Brief Answer:
Blood in urine is not a common presentation of STD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Blood in urine is not a common presentation of STD. Instead, it can be due to many other causes like bladder cancer(particularly if painless and his age group), kidney stones, urinary tract infection. However, STD cannot be ruled out but this kind of presentation in STD is rare.

Cystoscopy would have been the best investigation to rule out bladder cancer which is the common thing to suspect in this gae group presenting with painless blood in urine.

Thanks!
