Brief Answer:
Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Carrot juice is rather not the reason. Gas presence in the stomach can be caused by aerophagia. In simple words this means air swallowing. It can be caused by loose dentures, chewing gum, smoking, eating too fast, drinking carbonated drinks.
In some cases, such symptom can be also an indication of some stomach pathology like peptic ulcer, Helicobacter Pylori or evens stomach cancer.
The last mentioned reason (stomach cancer) should be ruled out at first. Please visit your doctor and start with gastrosopy.
In a meanwhile try to improve your diet. Avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee, chocolate, carbonated drinks.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
