Hi,

I have seen the reports it is just a diagnostic report and does not say anything about chemo drugs.

Chemotherapy drugs are known to cause embarrassing effects. Mild hearing loss though not described clearly you may have such perception. There can be edema which can cause sluggish movement of impulses.

I would like to know the specific therapy that you are undergoing. If the hearing loss increases please notify your doctor if you need an audiometry.

Oxitan,leucorin drug name (chemo) for 2 hrs and another drug fluracil for 46 hrs so these are the chemo drugs which i am getting. I really concern about my hearing loss. If u get sumthing would really be thankful for ur expert advice.

I read through and referred literature. All the three drugs were not associated with hearing loss. I think you should speak to oncologist before referring to ENT specialist.
