Question: Natural conceiving or IVF better for me ., iam 34 yrs married 5 ms ago , recieve elonda., puregon 400 iiu per day this cyle , iam in 7th day my sonographic data as follow Iam ovulating in both ovaries 3 , 4 ovu for each one measuring range 11 mm , endometrial thickness 6.1 mm but I had a choclate cyst in the left ovary , my doctor will council with me and my husband in the 11 th dy and he will continue the puregon , citrotide for 9 th ,10th seeking for detailed and sincere advice about wt for natural conception or go forward to IVF also if there is a negative impact from choclate cyst in lt ovary on pregnancy naturally , my AMH was 0.8 ng

You are ovulating normally with multiple follicles in both the ovaries. Your history of chocolate cyst will not interfere with normal conception. Since you have been married for only 6 months, it is best to try for natural conception. It is too premature to go for IVF when you are having a normal ovulation.
