Does Chronic Testis Injury Or Chronic Epididymitis Affect Nervous System Or Spinal Cord?
Detailed answer below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If your pain in testis is following local injury while playing the problem is not related with spinal cord or nerve supply to testis it's totally at tissue level with chronic infection or inflammation..though this lesion when chronic can cause presseure/kinking of supplying nerve to cause aggrvated problem the cause has to be diagnosed with imaging investigation &others like blood count to confirm the cause ,followed by specific antibiotic for relieving inflammatory process.
Such type of problem is not likely to cause spinal or nervous system arising from the spinal cord.
But spinal cord injury at lumber, sacral or some time thorasic spine..can cause chronic pain at testis or epdidymis. This can be confirmed or excluded by MRI of those spinal region.&treatment would be by spinal surgeon/neurophysucian as per need.
I hope this helps.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.

HI Manojrr1810,
Thanks for multiple follow up queries. The answers are as follows
Q1-
The chronic testicular injury or epdidymitis..when is due to infection &inflammation of the parts...over the time infection can spread to ther genital parts like scrotum, prostate &cause pain to those parts This can spread to lower abdomen &back..due to pelvic inflammation as such.Treatment with specific antibiotic with your doctor's advise would help.
Blockage in epididymis(a duct carrying sperms to penile duct)can lead to sterility. Again antibiotic along with procedures to relieve blockage is the way out.
Q2- Such conduction of pain in back &Lower abdomen) can be due to light trauma to lower vertebral spine, which was not noted & treated at time of the injury. The symptoms were not evident at that time being very mild. But all these years, the problem increased ( beause of the neglect &exertion all these days) to cause nerve root
pressure at spinal level...
This must be investigated with visual investigations & specifically treated well by a spinal surgeon, the earliest to avoid further problem.
Q3-
NO here is no evidence to prove that testicular trauma can cause cancer.
I hope that you feel the answers to be useful to you.Any follow up query is welcome.

HI Mnpjrr 1810,
Thanks for the foĺlow up query.
Any testicular injury which causes rupture of testis, & it is left untreated&unattended..., can lead to tissue necrosis in testis (or death of the gland in other words)..this may prove dangerous in future.
As far as I understandstand your query, you never mentioned such type of injury in your query so far.. it's nothing to worry about in such a condition.Still it's better to get it confirmed by MRI scan to exclude such complication (it would give you psychological relief&positive attitude.)
My reding from your queries till now is ,you need to get reexamine, investigations as per your treating doctors advise &specifuc antibiotic treatment for prescribed days.
I hope that helps you.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks
