Brief Answer:
Confirmation needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query and reports.
Course echo structure means most likely cirrhosis. Fibroscan and MRI will be needed to confirm it. Course echo structure indicates fibrosis which is seen in cirrhosis only of liver. But Ultrasound is not 100 percent in getting correct diagnosis.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any follow up or further queries.
Thank you.

Looks normal

Hi ma'am
Welcome again. Thank you for your follow up. Fibroscan looks normal. There is no issue of fibrosis in this.MRI scan can be done to get definite assurance. That is to rule out any mass.
Let me know if you have any follow up or further queries.
Thanks
