Hi there.

Thanks for your query.

It appears that you may be having osteoarthritis of the knees which is basically wear and tear of the knees that can happen to anyone.

Usually osteo arthritis of the knees become worse in the cold season and can cause some amount of stiffness.

I would suggest getting x-rays of both knees. Also apply warm packs to the knees and do physiotherapy to strengthen your quadriceps muscles on both sides.

Try to keep fit and lose weight if you are overweight.

Do let me know once you have had your x-rays and you can upload it for my review.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow-up queries.

Thanking you.
