Question: Hello dr. I was taking biotin causules for my hairs and iron tablets for my hymoglobin. My b12 is showing bit high. Is it risky?

No , there is no need to worry about slightly elevated vitamin B12 levels. Most of the iron tablets also contains vitamin B12 . So kindly let me know what is the name of iron tablets you are taking .

Folinext contains vitamin B12.

Thanks for the information.

Well as said earlier, folinext contains Folate and Vitamin B12. Because of this medicine your vitamin B12 levels are high. Nothing to worry.

You can take Tab Folvite instead of Folinext . Folvite contains only folate and no vitamin B12.
