Does Cranberry Juice Help Reduce Elevation Of Pus Cells In Semen?

Question: Hi Doctor, I had 8-10 hpf Pus cells in my semen. Can i take Cranberry and D Mannose capsules for that?

Presence of 8-10 pus cells in semen suggest infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .

Cranbury and D Mannose has no anti bacterial action .You need to do Semen culture and take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report for 4-6 weeks to eradicate infection .

Thanks for the response doctor. But i have done a Semen culture report, CT scan for Kidney stones but there were no problems. But still i have a burning sensation in my penis for most of the time and i don't feel any issues in urinating also.

Request your guidance on burning sensation in penis and Pus cells in Semen. Yesterday evening i felt severe burning sensation in my penis and i also felt that my penis temperature got increased. Pls advice doctor.
