Brief Answer:
Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
First of all I like to inform you that yes, there is a relation between vitamin D3 and anxiety. The relation between vitamin B12 deficiency and anxiety is not direct there is indirect evidence which suggests that anxiety symptoms are more severe while someone is deficient with vitamin B12. In addition, even the hypothyroidism is strongly related to anxiety and depression.
Secondly, your symptoms need cognitive behavior therapy in addition to medications. There is a good chance that a combination of medication and psychotherapy will yield more positive results.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
