Question: Im on dailisys and im a daibtaic I whant to know can you get a positive for cocain via mounth swab

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Dialysis and Diabetic state will not make you positive for cocaine. If you have taken cocaine initially then the hair follicles may come positive of three months. But for the mouth swab, you have to have had cocaine over last 1-2 weeks. Otherwise it cannot come positive.
It would be wise to request for a repeat check, as at times there can be technical error. Also you may request for a hair follicle test as the results of hair follicle tests are more accurate.
