Brief Answer:
No but please read further for explanation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Red blood cells cannot enter the renal tubules when the spleen ruptures. So there is no way that you could have hematuria.
Please note that splenic rupture is a serious condition that may cause faintness and requires immediate medical help.
Did you see the blood? Did you do a urine analysis? Can you provide the results?
Kind Regards!

What can cause blood in the urine?
Brief Answer:
many causes, I'll name some
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
blood in the urine can be caused by many conditions. I'll present some of the more common ones:
- stones in the urinary tract (usually accompanied by pain)
- tumors (could be painful or painless)
- urinary tract infections (cystitis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis etc)
- glomerulonephritis (could have several different presentations and causes)
- injury
- benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlargement of the prostate)
If you'd provide the results of the urinalysis and perhaps radiological test reports, it would help a lot.
I hope you find my answer helpful!
Kind Regards!
