Black bean, green beans, peas, kidney bean, lentils, peanut, soy beanWalnuts, peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds.Avoid a diet high in refined carbohydrate .Avoid saturated fats, non vegetarian food, trans-fats which leads to inflammation.Omega 3 fat: it plays important role in maintaining healthy skin and mucus membrane.
