Brief Answer:
No decrease in effectivity
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You can drink adequate water with the antitubercular tablet.
It has no effect on the efficacy of the pill. Tablet should be taken before breakfast for complete effectivity.
The urine is orange coloured due to the drug rifampicin which is excreted in the urine after being absorbed in the body,
You can drink as much water as you like after the tablet.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

madam sometimes within one and half hours of taking medicines the urine comes in orange colour after taking medicine with more water , is it OK or the absorption of pills are not sufficient.
Brief Answer:
no relation with the absorption of the drug.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.
Orange colour of the urine is due to the drug excretion from kidney after the active part of the drug is absorbed in the body. It has no relation with the absorption of the drug.
