Does Drinking Excessive Amounts Of Water Reduce The Effectiveness Of Anti-TB Medication?

Question: Sir can I take four tablets of TB drug Akurit 3 with two or more glass of water

Just want to know as I used to Drink more water in morning hence asking can I drink two or more glass of water for 4 tablets as I took tablets with more water for a nearly 10 days it will not reduce the effectiveness of my daily dosage na.

so sir we can take two glass of water with four tablets of Akurit 3 for our daily dose as I feel comfortable with swallowing four tablets with two glass of water
