Does Drinking Water Before An Ora Quick Test Affect The Results?
Question: Hello, i had a Ora quick test couple of days before and came out NEGATIVE, But i am just curious now that i did it properly , today i realize i drank sip of water around 20-25 mins before the test, it was just a one sip. Is that make any difference to the result ,?

Ora quick test is antibody based test and antibodies may take up to 3 months to appear in blood , so you may need the test depending upon the duration of exposure.

Hello doctor, I tested again to just make sure .and it came again Negative again.so I am so happy.
Just one thing I had this risky exposure 7 yrs before. Is it any chance with this amount of time .this test can be false negative?
