Does Egg Consumption Improve Hair Growth?

Question: Hello doctor Dr XXXXXXX Heijebu .
Egg is considered as a basic food rich of proteins. Will consuming an boiled egg daily improve hair growth and stop hairfall and will this increase weight if we consume boiled egg daily. Suggest me protein rich foods to improve hair growth.
