Question: can eosinophilic esophagitis cause me to feel like i have something stuck in my throat? I have had suffered from eosinophilic for 4 years but this is the first time i have had this sensation. the sensation has been there about 3 months and is getting worse. is this a new symptom i am having or something else?

This can be and probably is cause of your difficulties since eosinophilic esophagitis can cause intervals of more intensive esophageal inflammation which leads to symptoms of esophageal obstruction,heartburn and swallowing difficulties and lump sensation. You should follow antiacid diet, take antiacid medicines, eat smaller meals, be active enough. if symptoms worsen then you should do gastroscopy for further evaluation . Wish you good health. Regards
