I'll tell you a little about him and his occupation. We are both dancers. He has been actively dancing since he was 16. He is now 31. He drinks energy drinks daily. Other than that, tries to eat healthy throughout the day. He takes in one to two major meals and eats a lot of fruit. He has been gluten free for two years now. Lately, he has been very nauseated, winded quickly, fatigued, decreased appetite, and is particularly concerned about pain that seems to be located oh his sternum. He looks particularly pale today and extremely nervous.

Thanks for follow up.
I have gone through the additional details and I am of the opinion that routine biochemistry should be done including ECG for his heart and X far chest.
Excessive intake of energy drinks may affect various organs including thyroid and presence of pain behind sternum makes me think of some chest issues.
As per my opinion seeing a doctor should not be delayed as I do not find these experiences normal.
I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

I'll definitely set that up. This may be a silly question, but do energy drinks cause cancer?
Rockstar energy drinks are really the only bad thing he consumes. He doesn't drink nor smoke and is extremely active.
He also has been overly stressed lately. As if he's running out of time. He is an over achiever so mediocre results don't satisfy him. Just thought I would include that
