Question: Hello... I'm 22 year old guy. I've been masturbating almost daily since past 5 years. Will it affect in the long run for having babies? If so, could you please suggest alternatives to stop my addiction? Since I've been feeling low about this thing but unable to rectify it at the first place. !!!

It is natural and normal for every man to masturbate at he age of adolescence .It is a safest way of achieving sexual satisfaction without a female partner .

It has been proved scientifically that masturbation does not affect fertility of a man .However frequent and habitual masturbation leads to quality of erection and other sexual problems.Try to reduce the frequency of masturbation by keeping yourself busy in activities like sports,reading ,social work etc so that you will not get free time to masturbate.
