Does Excessive Masturbation Lead To Premature Ejaculation?

Question: Hey i am 18 years old and i am mastubrating frim last 6 years 3 times a day continiiusly some time i make it to 2 time and some time 4 times but in average 3 times a day. Frim last 1 year i am thinking that i am having premature ejaculation. When ever i talk something horny with my girlfriend i hust release my cum which is thick greish with. And ehen it is release i loose my erection. It just happens in 5 min from when i start it. I am very much worried about it pleaee help me.

I want to make it sure that i dont have any problem because after marraige it will be a problem even now when ever i meet my girfriend without doing anything my sperm is released. Do i need to get advise from any specialist?
