Brief Answer:
Not enough evidence.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Dioxins are harmful toxic substances , present in environment and absorbed in the body through meat ,poultry products and other food items.
They are known to be carcinogenic but there is no definite evidence till now that they are involved in Avascular necrosis of hip . As such they get deposited in fatty tissues , so involvement of bones is unlikely.
