Brief Answer:
This doesn't look like HSV-2.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
HSV 2 cannot cause pain during urination if there are no blisters. It cannot affect the kidney and cause complications.
You should know that HSV2 can cause cracked, raw, or red areas around the genitals with or without pain, itching, or tingling around your genitals or your anal region and blisters that break and cause painful sores.
In this situation, the pain is caused by urine passing over the sores.
I think that your situation is not related to HSV2.
I hope my answer helps you. Feel free to ask further.
Regards.

great. so the pain in urination can be due herpes if and only if there are painful sores and urine pass on them. what are the possibility that the sore can be inside penus or vagina which cannot be seen. can herpes occur inside genitals or it just don't happen and it occurs only outside genitals.
and the random pain in penus or scrotum is possible if there are sores present.if no sores no blisters in that case the pain in penus and scrotum is not caused by hsv2?

Brief Answer:
There may be a possibility that sores could be inside the penis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for writing back.
Pain during urination in genital herpes is when the urine pass on sores that could be inside urinary tract (urethra).
A possibility may be there that the sores could be inside the vagina or penis but I don't know the exact percentage.
Usually, if there aren't sores but just pain, it couldn't be genital herpes.
I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
