Allergic sinusitis should be considered.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
It is clear that periodic headaches and continuous head heaviness are caused by sinusitis, or inflammation/infection of paranasal sinuses.
Since this condition recurs frequently, an allergic component as a cause of inflammatory process should be considered too.
It is necessary to evaluate this possibility with blood tests and pin-prick tests.
Besides the periodic use of drugs after an exacerbation of the condition, if you result positive to allergic tests, in my opinion, surgical endoscopic treatment should be considered too.
This issue should be discussed with an ENT Doctor.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
