I have gone through your query. Grade 1 prostatomegaly doesn't cause problems in sex life. But if you are taking treatment for prostatomegaly then it might cause decrease in libido or problems with ejaculation.
Drugs used in prostatomegaly like tamusulosin and dutasteride has such side effects like decreased libido and retrograde ejaculation.
Grade 1 prostatomegaly if you are with out symptoms like frequent urination or discomfort then there is no need of treatment. Enlargement in prostate is usual after age 40. Also a do a PSA test to rule out any problems with prostate.
The symptoms you mentioned can be from urinary tract infection or Gastro intestinal problems most likely. Anal fissure can give such radiating pain also.From the reports your bladder is fine. So no need to worry about puss in bladder. Get proper local examination of anal area with a general surgeon and a proctoscopy if needed. Get a urine routine examination also. Drotin M is just pain reliever and antispastic agent.

Where might have the possible pus of my anal abcess/boil gone? Is there a chance of this pus getting accumulated or struck somewhere though i got cured of the boil with coconut water? I came to know through that website that this medicine is also used for prostatomegaly patients and in some patients when used, this medicine gives a side effect of lower perineal region pain. The pain which I experienced is also lower perineal region and is after consuming this medicine in both occasions 15 days back and 5 days back. The website says the pain remains for 3 or 4 days in some patients. Today is the 3rd day for me after pain started. Pain is almost reduced 90 percent. So can we put this pain into the account of speman(confido) and be rest assured? Now Iam little relaxed but I have a doubt still about my anal abcess/boil though reduced completely, Iam still worried about any fus left inside somewhere.

In case of abscess you will have continuous fever. And abscess usually can drain out also. Spreading to adjacent fat spaces are possible but in that case also fever will be present. A digital examination by a general surgeon will help you rule out this.
I have read the article you specified related to sperman. According to it is possible to get the pain like you have. So it can be from it also. So if it is improving you can give some time for the pain to go away completely.

Thank you very much for the detailed answer. I didn't get any fever during anal abcess/boil nor after it is cured. So, what it could it be if not abcess or boil? Fissure? Or something else dangerous? As per symptoms of reddishness and warm feeling as described in most websites I felt it is abcess or boil.
