Brief Answer:
Detalied below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!
Thanks for your query.
Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is a hormone specifically produced by a pregnancy, and the detection and measurement of hCG form the basis of all pregnancy tests.
The presence of hCG can be detected within a day or two of the time of expected menses, and hCG levels are used to monitor the early progression of pregnancies.
As a general rule, the hCG level will approximately double every 48-72 hours in normal early pregnancies.
HCG level increases until 12 weeks of pregnancy than it decreases.
But levels of HCG in pregnant women are larger than in not pregnant women .
And for this reason it would be positive during the hole pregnancy.
You should keep in mind that pregnancy test is performed during early stages of pregnancy(to detect pregnancy) and is not used after early pregnancy because we have another signs(increase of abdomen ) and symptoms, examinations(ultrasound) to follow-up pregnancy and not pregnancy test.
I hope I have clarified your answer .

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Pregnancy test is sure positive until 16 weeks of pregnancy.
Than because hCG levels are low after 16 weeks, routine pregnancy tests performed after this time may be negative.
HCG levels are 20-30 IU/ml, and remaining there for the rest of the pregnancy.
It continues to be present until several weeks after pregnancy.

So because the appropriate hormones in girls at the age of 4,5,6,7 are not there for pregnancy, etc they cannot get pregnsnt until they reach menarche. Is this correct ? And also pregnancy at those young Ages would be completely impossible as their bodies have not matured and no menstruation has taken place ?
