Hello and welcome to Health Care Magic. Thanks for writing in to us with your query. I have gone through your query and understand your concerns completely. Hardness in breast resolves over age. Fat tissue in breast is not as firm as it is in teenage years, so because of it your breasts are not as firm as they were in teen years. It is perfectly normal and happens to everyone. I hope your fiance understands and you both have a happy future. Regards Dr Manisha Jain.

I guess he is talking about the breast bud or lump around the nipple area. He had the concept that it might be broken by pressing or playing by hand of other guy. Does breast bud disappear according to age?
Brief Answer:
Yes it does disappear
Detailed Answer:
Yes dear definitely it becomes embedded in the breast tissue to become a part of it so it is just a misconception of his mind and nothing else.
Don't get stressed by this behaviour and rather play strong.
He will understand you soon.
