
Does Having Different Blood Groups In A Couple Cause Complications In Pregnancy?

Question: Hi..my blood group o+ve & my fiancee is o-ve... will it lead to serious complications during pregnancy .. I'm really worried.. please help me. Will the baby be healthy & can I plan another baby.

Can you please tell me what are the precautions that needs to be taken during pregnancy... do we have be more cautious just because my wife is O-ve.. and mothers blood do not mix with babys blood?
