The doctor, I think was talking about first time sex when saying " some stretching will remain but rest it regain its size".
I disagree with her when saying "constant sex with large penis may make it loose it's elasticity". The vaginal walls are so elastic on returning on almost their size after child birth. As it is normal for the vagina can't be that stretch after child birth but is very elastic and is almost at its normal size.
