Welcome at HCM
I am DR XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and will be answering your query. I have gone through your HOLTER READING and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
As far as HOLTER Reading is concerned , there is only momentarily hypertension. It is not going to harm. RAISED BP for longer duration in long run causes problem.
During panic attack or anxiety , there is sympathetic nervous system stimulation , which causes fight or flight reaction in the body which causes hypertension. SO everyone during panic attack got high BP .
All you need is to stay calm. As far as your medicines are concerned, it seems okay. Your medicines prevent your BP to shoot too much during attack.
If there is any element of depression then adding anti depressant like < CITALOPRAM > is a wise decision.
May you get well soon.
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask

I really appreciate your follow up.
If it automatically get to normal colour and temperature, then you should not be worried. It may be a flushes due to panic attack. Circulating hormones are culprit for it. You should not be worried about it as long as your BP stays in limit.
Hope your query is adequately addressed, feel free to as any time with my name being name being mentioned.
