Question: 28 year old male newly married. Trying to have sex for the first time. He gets instant erection during cuddling but loses erection as soon as he wears condom or approaches the vagina. Historical blood results shows high Testosterone

First of all Needs blood test like ( TESTOSTERONE,serum hormone binding globulin,leutinising hormone,tsh,prolactin ,gnrh )cbc ,glucose,lipids,and urinaly and does he have any medical history or using any medication or drugs or alchol Etc ?. Or trauma history? tests reports can tell exact cause. Is this happen first time ? And is he trying first time ? You can once go for sexual counselling from psychiatrist . Treatment is given after these tests and need opd visit from medicine doctor.
