Brief Answer:
Not due to blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thank you the query.
I require more information to decide the probable cause of the headache.
It is very unlikely to be due to high blood pressure because hypertension is usually a silent disease except when it is very high.
Where is the headache located? Is it pulsating ( throbbing ) or is it a band like sensation? Is there any visual symptom? Is there any vomiting? Is there any numbness or weakness at any part of the body? Are you stressed or anxious?
Is there fever or any other sign of infection? Any discharge from the nose ?
Have you had any tests? If so let me know the results.
Take care
