Does Hip Replacement Affect Married Life?

My name is XXXXXXX aged 27. I have a proposal to marriage for person aged 29 years. The issue is
he had been undergonea HIP REPLACEMENT orthopeadic surgery, placed ceramic over ceramic implants used four years before, due to an accident.
I have certian queries related to this , please advice.
1) In the first case , If I marry him , any possibile factor exists, that will it affect my marital life generally?
2) will the surgery needs to be repeated again after 10 -15 years ?.
3) Can he be active in marital/sexual life or any medication needed because of this surgical condition earlier?
4) Will there be any remote possibility , that may affect child birth , from his side ?
5)What will be his general health status throughout the life span , must I need to support him medically/anything specially ?
6) Any special thing to be verified from him specifically , more than this?
Awaiting your esteemed reply, Thanks in advance. XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
I have gone through your entire problem and will try to address all your queries.
1. I dont think it will affect your marital life generally.
2. Yes the surgery will need to be repeated generally but the time span depends on the extent of use of implant .
3. There will not be any affection of your marital life or sexual functions.
4. No since this occured due to accident there is no probability of transmission to child .
5. I think he will be able to maintain himself both physically and functionally throughout.
Only one advise is that the surgeon who has operated will be the best person as he knows all the case , the extent of injury sustained at that time and the systems affected as just knowing the name of operation is not sufficient . So you should must meet him as only he will be able to tell you all things rightly and truly as to what happened exactly.
Take care.
