Brief Answer:
Got the ecg image

Detailed Answer:
Hi, yes there are some changes in ECH which might be suggestive of heart disease. However these changes are not confirmatory and require further evaluation. Few things I would like to know

1. Any other medical issues like diabetes or hypertension
2. Any medications which your father is taking
3. Smoking habits
4. Family history of heart disease

Kindly revert back with required information.

Thanks
