Brief Answer:
Inflammation around c4-c5 disc will not lead to neck swelling.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case and MRI report.

Inflammation around c4-c5 disc will not lead to neck swelling.
Disc will lead to radicular pain in arm.

Your lumbar MRI SHOWS CANAL STENOSIS which may lead to lower limb symptoms.
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic like pregabalin medication can be started consulting your doctor.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

If required you may need MRI cervical spine for detail diagnosis.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. If you are satisfied with answer do not hesitate to rate this answer at end of discussion.

Brief Answer:
Consult immediately if there occurs weakness/numbness in fingers.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Consult immediately if there occurs weakness/numbness in fingers.

On extension of neck there can be nerve stretch leading to pain.

Consult me with your new MRI report.
