
Does Intake Of Acidophilus Supplement Help In Treating Yeast Infection?

Question: Hi I need an expert opinion I am currently on birth control pills and have been for the past 8 months I took junel Fe then changed to microgestin for iron deficiency anemia about four months ago well about two weeks ago I got a yeast infection for the first time ever..there was an odd odor I noticed...took metronidazole it cleared up
.....well very recently I noticed I got another yeast infection im currently treating with miconadozole nitrate...the infection has itching and burning symptoms ... I bought acidophilus otc to help with treatment...Should I take this supplement.?... Are there counter indications with antibiotics? Please help and thanks for feedback.
