Brief Answer:
Yes all medications mentioned n asthma can speed up the heart

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam ,
Very truly said that all the medications and asthma itself can cause a lot of tachycardia itself , However two things what it generally wouldn't cause are .
1) Heart rate in the range of 200
2) wpw pattern in ecg .
But I would like to point out that it's difficult to diagnose wpw when the heart rate is high in an ecg and there can be a misdiagnose, but a baseline ecg at rest will help to rule that out .
I thoroughly understand your apprehension with the diagnosis but as I had said before .
Not all wpw needs treatment and even if needed it's simple and permanent .
I would request you to upload the ecg so I can interpret it for you .
Pl feel free to clarify smallest of your doubts .
