Brief Answer:
Abortion is likely completed
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Most probably your abortion is complete.
Your bleeding stopped because the bleeding after an abortion of 4 weeks will not have very prolonged bleeding due to very little products of conception.
I will suggest you to get an ultrasound done after a week to assess if the abortion process is complete.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do not worry.
