Brief Answer:
Dose depends upon his current weight
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Yes, you may give azithromycin for tonsillitis if present. The dose depends upon his current weight. Kindly mention so that I may help you with the dose required.
Also, warm saline gargles along with antihistamines such as Syp. Maxtra will help. You may give acetaminophen or ibuprofen for fever spikes.
Take care

Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I would suggest 7.5 ml Azithral 200 once daily for 5 days along with 7.5 ml Syp. Crocin Ds for fever. Parasafe 200 won't help at 7.5 no dose. He needs at least 10 ml of it.
